Mubariz Gurbanoğlu, the founder and owner of Palmali Group of Companies, has been facing a great injustice and unlawfulness that has been committed against him for several months. Mr. Gurbanoğlu is accused of being connected to the FETÖ/PDY armed terrorist organization, alleging baseless slanders. He was taken into custody on 15.03.2020 within the scope of the investigation file carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office and an arrest warrant was issued for him as of 17.03.2020. The file is still in the investigation phase and all legal processes are followed by Mr. Gurbanoğlu’s lawyers. We firmly believe that Mr. Gurbanoğlu will be proved innocent within the scope of the investigation carried out against him as soon as possible.
